I’ve been reading tweets of different people with a hash tag of “itsmorefuninSPCP” and I must say, I’m missing high school more than ever. It doesn’t matter if the P stands for Pasig or Parañaque, important thing is, both schools share the same bond of being a Paulinian: simple, warm and active. Most of the tweets bring nothing but pure nostalgic moments and here are some of my favorites:

• “Mukhang all girls but secretly co-ed.” —That’s the reason why I had 4 girlfriends when I was in high school.
• “How the class panics when someone shouts “MAY INSPECTION!” — The students suddenly become an instant ninja especially if cellphone inspection is what we’re talking about.
• “Every morning automatic na diresto sa chapel. ” — Passing by the church is a daily routine of every Paulinian.
• “Because we can score hotter chicks than guys. ” — Because some Pauliians prefer girls than guys. Trust me, been there, done that.
• “Magbibihis ka sa loob ng skirt mo dahil puno na sa likod ng TV at sa banyo. ” — SPCP taught me to change clothes (PE uniform to be exact) in a faster and possibly, most epic way.
• “Yung source ng pinagkopyahan ng homework, wasak na. ” — Especially if it’s an assignment in Physics or Economics.
• “Tangina, nalaglag G-Tech ko!” — One of the most crucial life of being a Paulinian is when her G-Tech pen falls on the floor.
• “Long skirt nga, ang iksi naman ng socks.” — Got reprimanded so many times for breaking the school’s uniform law.
• “The second voice that we do every time we sing Anima Christi during First Friday Mass.” — Hear me Jesus (Jeeezeees)
• “Paulinian Handwriting.” — Light then dark, up and down
• “Excited mag first friday mass, para makita ang crush mo.” — Tapos super kilig ka pag nakipag peace sign sayo.
• “Clinic: home of the best actresses.” — You can never go wrong with dysmenorrhea and headache.
• “You don’t have to study the reproductive system.” — Almost perfected the quiz back when I was in 2nd year high school!
• “Hidden pocket sa neck tie.” — Did it for my entire high school life
• “Yung Jailers na di mo alam kung tatakbo ba ka o magpapahuli na lang kasi cute sila.” — Possibly one of the best memories ever! I even remember when it was asked to look for people who are wearing retainers, I just stood at the center of the quadrangle and waited for my lesbian crush to take me to the jail booth. 
• “Parent’s consent? Expert yata kami sa pag forge.” — That is why I have mastered my parents’ signatures already.
• “Sister Teresita Agana, spc.” — The best principal ever. 

There are still a lot but these are the ones that made my night. I’ve spent nearly 16 years of my life studying in a St. Paul school and I don’t regret anything, not even the girl to girl relationships I had. If not for my alma mater, I wouldn’t be the person I am right now. All hail Paulinians!

P.S St. Paul University Manila will be having it’s centennial celebration on January 25-29. All of you are invited to come to our school and waste time with us, especially on January 27 (Out To Groove competition) and on January 28 where an epic concert will happen with performances by Parokya ni Edgar and Up Dharma Down. It’s gonna be the best. Shameless plugging it is.

Lahat ata ng nasa listahan eh nakwento ko na sa mga College Friends ko. As in pati yung second voice sa Anima Christi! HAHAHAHA! Tapos omg, yung pocket sa likod ng necktie!!!! Yung tipong pag naholdap ka, may pamasahe ka pa rin pauwi kasi may hidden pocket sa necktie mo. HAHAHA!

Anyway, January 25. St. Paul’s Day Celebration sa lahat ng St. Paul Schools. Lol. Wala lang, masasayang celebration yan. Laging may booths and concerts. Taraaaa!!!
